Submitted resume and cover letter via email to Editor, was called a week later by HR to come in for an interview, did a written test: 1) to test grammar and punctuation 2) writing skills (was given several topics to choose from and had to compose 3 different a news story) after written test did a panel interview with two editors along with assistant HR Manager
