I applied online. I interviewed at Glaukos in Apr 2026
Interview
It was a panel interview with the CRA managers for a total of 6 people and they each had their own set of questions and topics to focus on. There was a bunch of questions asking to define specific documents in clinical research and their purposes, as well as questions about ophthalmology knowledge.
I applied online. I interviewed at Glaukos (Burlington, MA)
Interview
9 separate interviews. 6 on-site. 4 hours round trip to visit the office. Took the day off work and worked in the other zoom interviews. Never reimbursed for mileage. Was told I lost out in a close horse race. Wasted my time and money. Don't believe the culture hype. If they treat candidates this way what do they do when they have you on board?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Situational and behavioral mostly. Some technical as well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Glaukos in Feb 2024
Interview
Several steps: recruiter, technical (panel) then director of clin ops. Technical was with 3 of the CRA managers (supposed to be 4 but one couldn’t make it) they each took time asking technical questions about your experience and working in Clinical Research.
