Phone Interview - 30 minutes - Introduction, discussed past experience and knowledge of role applying for. Asked a few questions about the Finance Manager role. Cost accounting, How past experience is a fit for this role.
A two stage interview process, with two different interviewers on both occasions. This is pretty standard and you are interviewed by a mix of finance and human resource people. It was a very relaxed atmopshere.
