The interview was very professional and well-organized. Two of the supervisors interviewed me. I was asked a lot about my experience and was able to build a good rapport with the interviewers. I made sure I came prepared to talk about ecosystemic family therapy and the sanctuary model. I got a lot of information from their website. They asked me open-ended questions for the most part. The interview was about an hour long and I wore business casual attire. For the second interview, they brought a team in to talk with me about what it was like in the field. I thought they did a great job communicating with me throughout the process.
