Really strange process. A 20-minute interview with the hiring manager that felt rushed, that was described as a "vibe check" followed by the team sending additional questions over email, then a week later the team reposted the position. The next day, I got a boiler-plate rejection email saying, "This application process has been extremely competitive, and unfortunately, we have had to make some tough decisions. We'll be moving forward with other candidates whose skills and experience more closely match our current needs. We want to emphasize that this decision is not a reflection of your abilities or potential."
lol. Do better, GiveDirectly.
