Interview
1st round was casual chat with HR manager, 2nd round was online aptitude tests (verbal reasoning and numerical reasoning), 3rd round was assessment centre + panel interview. Assessment centre consisted of 1) impromptu presentation 2) negotiation simulation 3) reflection activity. 4 candidates (out of 9 in the AC) were put through to the panel interview with top management (1:5 ratio). Candidate eventually intended for sales/account management role.
