After an English video interview, I was invited to an on-site 1-on-1 interview. They asked about my experience, why this role, etc, and then let me do an olfactory test.

Application
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Givaudan (East Hanover, NJ) in Dec 2021
Interview
I began interviewing for an evaluator position in early December of 2021. I went in and spent just over an hour with the interviewer. It seemed to have gone well and they immediately called me for a second interview. I went in more than a week later, spent over two hours interviewing and meeting people. The second interview with filled with generic, boring questions that could have been for any job position. It seemed to have gone well and I was asked for references a few days later, usually an indicator that they’re interested in hiring. I followed up with the company a few times when I didn’t hear anything—this went on for more than four-five weeks of being strung along. Finally, they responded to an email saying they went with another candidate.

Applied online, then interviewed with HR from Givaudan Paris. She was really nice. Job language was English but they asked me for French too. They didn't reply me for long after. Then I tried to reach them a lot
