I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GitLab in Nov 2019
Interview
It was quite comfortable from the beginning. I was like there are so nice and almost same as they described themselves. Until I asked the result of interview.
You can find just a couple of negative feedback about interview at Gitlab and it was all about recruiting. I've read some negative interview feedback that recruiter didn't respond when applicant applicant asked in a week or more. I thought like oh it must be intended bad review because these guys were so nice. But it happened exactly same to me.
I believe some at Gitlab have read about that. You might think that it is just small flaw at some division. But if anyone did improper, it is problem of your company.
I believe that this company looks so nice and I really want to join them but no more.
You guys are very nice for whole process but only period, you didn't put the period an the end of the process. I believe it ruins your good reputation only with it.
I cannot figure out why totally.
Please correct it not for applicants but for your company.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GitLab (Munich, Bavaria) in Sept 2024
Interview
schnell, durchnittliche Fragen, halt üblich für ein HR Recruiter.
Der HR Hunter denkt er ist cool (wobei er sieht wie ein Sack aus, der jedes WE im Biergarten sitzt). Punkt
