      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Girls Who Code in Feb 2019

      Interview

It was both technical and behavioral. They gave the coding question beforehand and I had it prepared and shared my screen with the interviewer and walked her through my code. Then she asked lots of behavioral questions.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you handle a student that does not understand the material and is frustrated?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Girls Who Code (New York, NY) in Mar 2021

      Interview

My interview occurred via Zoom. It featured standard, personality-based interview questions followed by classroom scenarios and responses. The interview ended with a teaching demonstration which took about 15 minutes. The only difficult thing about it was the length of the interview honestly, overall I think it took about an hour.

Q: How would you approach a scenario where one student was feeling left out?
