Panel interview for 2 stages followed by a written test for the 3 stage.
Management seem inexperienced in interviewing, interview process felt cold, Formulaic and heavily scripted. As a result questions were accidentally repeated, forgotten or miscommunicated.
Aspects of the job offer kept changing after I’d accepted the role such as hybrid working expectations and salary!
