simple phone call, they asked about my knowledge of the company and fashion, my previous experience and blogging background, why i wanted to work there, logistics. I had sent in my resume and background info before so she had taken a look at that already. It was simple and not intimidating. If I lived closer it likely would have been an in-person interview.
