I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gino's Homemade Italian Ice Cream (Dundrum, Dublin) in Apr 2024
Interview
Nice and easy interview, only lasted 20 mins or so. Sat down with the store manager and had a small chat before the interview began. The questions were typical interview questions, and afterwards the role was explained in further detail along with how the business operates

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gino's Homemade Italian Ice Cream (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2023
Interview
We were not interviewed. I was invited in for a 3 hour unpaid trial shift and was offered the job the following week. The experience was pleasant, was trained by a really efficient worker, who allowed me to get my hands dirty rather than just talking me through the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gino's Homemade Italian Ice Cream (Cork) in Aug 2018
Interview
Was asked in for an interview but it changed to being a 4hr trial shift (never got paid for it despite being told I would). Shadowed the gelato maker and got to make a few flavours myself. Was shown how to clean the machines. The next day the manager emailed to ask how I felt about it and to offer me the position.
