The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences (Foster City, CA) in Apr 2010
Interview
There was 1 phone interview and then 2 face to face, all day interviews. The process took a few months, with weeks of no contact. The interviews themselves were fairly easy, with standard behavioral questions. While the experience in terms of company culture was positive, they dragged out the process for far too long.
