Interview
Video Interview was scheduled and was attended by the panel. The HR round had questions related to STAR. The technical round included the programming abilities, lead capabilities and submission experience.
5 Rounds of Invterview with Delivery Organization including peers, managers and Leadership. Also included panel and presentation for pre-pared topic. Interviewers were very interested in the process and expected Good Manufacturing Practice knowledge.

Very similar to other interviews. Contacted by a headhunter via LInkedIn. Chatted on the phone with her. Sent my resume. Forwarded to an in-house recruiter. Chatted with her. Came in for interview. Met hiring manager. Came back for second interview and met about 4-5 people. Got job offer about 1-2 weeks later.
