I completed an HR screening, hiring manager interview and competency-based interview over a period of more than a month and a half. Unfortunately, I was later rejected via a standard Workday notification stating that, after reviewing my skills and experience, the company had decided not to progress my application.
The process felt somewhat disjointed, with lengthy gaps between stages and timelines for updates not always being met. At one point, I followed up after the expected timeframe had passed and was then progressed to the next round.
After the rejection, I followed up to thank the team for their time, ask whether any feedback could be shared, and wish them well with the remainder of the process, but I did not receive a reply.
Overall, I appreciated the opportunity to interview, but the candidate experience would have been stronger with clearer communication, more timely updates and some constructive feedback after three interview stages.
