The interview process consisted of Multiple rounds. Among them were a culture fit interview, a coding exercise, a system design challenge and a short call with one of the founders.

Interview
It seems like an interesting company. I unfortunately got ghosted while waiting for the next step in the process despite following up.
The process is pretty standard: recruiter intro call, take home project, tech discussion, sys design and leadership call.
Got filtered out at the HR screen stage. They use AI tools for note taking and ask pretty standard questions. I was not sure if the person interviewing me was actually paying attention or relied on the AI to capture everything. Got very little interaction during the interview.
