Not very long, friendly, and helpful. Interviewed with the manager first and with the CEO second. Interview was in the conference room isolated from staff.
Be confident and prepared.

Be prepared to discuss your current job as well as detailed process descriptions for sales or accounting positions. Be prepared to answer specific, detailed, technical questions if you are applying for any engineering position. Dress is business casual, but if you wear sneakers or loafers, expect to have the interview ended very quickly. Be able to think on your feet.
