Shortly after the application deadline, they mailed to request an interview and we set up a phone call. The call was short and typical questions asked. Soon after, they emailed an offer and I accepted.

Tell us about one time you had to overcome a challenge at work?
Very casual phone interview, more informational than anything else. The questions asked for the initial interview were very surface-level and did not go into depth about anything related to the organization.

Interview
Interview process was very simple - first, a phone interview with some basic behavioral questions and then a Zoom interview where you go a little further in depth and they will answer any questions you have. Whole team was very kind and nice throughout :)
