Interview
The owner talked about the company, what he was looking for, and showed me the building. He described the job duties, the hours, what he expected, and it was a very relaxed environment and interview. It's much easier to get a feel of how someone is when you don't try to intimidate them in an interview process, and he went about the process with ease.
