Initial phone screen with recruiting team to assess your general skills and see if you are a fit. This was followed by another phone screen with the hiring manager to go over some of the expectations for the role and a deeper dive into your skills. This was followed by an on-site interview with 4 different people, done individually and not panel. General questions during the on-site were more behavioral based. Everyone is extremely professional and friendly throughout the process.
