Incompetent and unprofessional. Went through a phone screen, then an in person interview at my expense and inconvenience. Was told the interivew went well, but after three week didn't have the courtesy of any ackowledgment or input.

Interview
Applied for a position and was contacted by HR about a month later for a screening call. Next, I interviewed with the hiring manager. The interview was amazing. Got a call back from HR with a verbal offer and wanted to check references. Provided references with amazing feedback. Two weeks later HR calls to inform me that they selected another candidate. Not quite sure how I was verbally offered the job only to be given to another candidate.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ghirardelli Associates (McKinleyville, CA)
Interview
Respectful and informative. Went over resume and other prevouis related experiences. Was focused on civil engineering and fieldwork. However, did not respond to follow up questions after rejection of position.
