The interview process was fair and competitive, fostering a conducive environment that encouraged open expression and communication. Numerous members actively participated, asking insightful questions, while the scoring of marks was transparent and structured.

It was quite demanding. I spent about 40 minutes answering a wide variety of questions. I believe the assessment was fair and the response came two months later. I accepted the offer.

It was lengthy with bombardment of a lot of questions , some of which I consider monotonous and unnecessary and sometime provocative. It was a three-man panel. The interview which supposed to start at 0900h hours,sparked off at 1130. Questions asked were mainly centered on the job.
