Getty Advance interview questions

2 stage process. 1 is done online and the other is in person at the office. Specifically, one with HR and one with the hiring manager and the owner. Just a brief conversation about the CV and the role, skills and the company. Decision was made quick there and then.

First Interview was a big group interview and wasn't expecting that. They explained the role and for those interested you could set up a 1on1 meeting. Showed commission structure but clarified there was no base an only commission & bonuses. Being that it's located in FiDi no base or benefits is not worth it. If you have no professional sale experience and you want experience maybe but with sales experience you can find a job where your base is around what the reps make on the lower end.
