Straightforward, organised, not so hard, easy going, logical, simple, human centric, not a bad process, takes a bit longer, some interviewers are prepared but some are not, technical questions can be tricky

I had a first phone call for a position at the HR Department and I was so excited about the opportunity to have a first contact but ended up really disappointed because the girl who called me was unmotivated and without any empathy so I did not feel comfortable during the call. According to the feedback received, although I have the professional experience that they request in their job offer, there are other people who have given more convincing reasons than mine about why I want to work for this company. If you feel I am not a fit for your company after a 20min call, fine, but at least show some empathy during the call and don’t make me feel like you are making me a favor for wasting my time. After hanging the call I knew I did not want to be part of that team anyway.. good luck
