4 rounds for a basic entry-level job plus a take-home assignment. Very long time investment for a low-paying job. Culture seemed high pressure with startup vibe and growth opportunities were not clear.
From my conversation, they have a lot of turnover and do layoffs often hence the open position, it was not being filled due to growth (a bad sign for a startup company).
The co-founder was very arrogant in the final interview and did not seem to care about their employees, they are just numbers.
I would not recommend wasting your time going through the process.
