Quite typical Data science interview, HR introduction -> pre screen coding (something like hacker rank) -> take home assignment -> hiring manager (discussion on the assignment) and wait a week for the result.
The CTO came across as somewhat dismissive during the conversation, repeatedly emphasizing whether my interest in the company was financially motivated. Additionally, while the role was advertised as a Data Science position, most of the questions focused on Data Engineering topics, which suggested some misalignment in expectations and technical focus.
