It was a series of interviews. First with HR following a skills test wherein I had to present some things to my future leads. Ending with a Final interview with the CEO. They were very straightforward with dates and were courteous.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Get Hooked 360 (Katipunan) in May 2015
Interview
Here's how the interview process went on:
1. Interview with the CTO
- He'll discuss his role, the company, the day to day activity and the role applied for.
2. Technical Exam and Interview
- Written technical exam
- Situational questions, person to person talks
3. Interview with the CEO and walk through to the office.
- He'll gives more info about the company's history and growth. Ask some more situational in terms of marketing in terms of the position applied for.
