I had 3 interviews. 1st interview was on the phone. 2nd interview was in office where I interviewed with 2 persons back-to-back. Then, they asked me for references which I was happy to provide. I was asked to come back for a 3rd interview in office and I met with 3 employees and 2 attorneys. The conversation after the interview alluded that the position was pretty much mine. About 2 weeks after, no answer so I sent a follow-up email. I've never received an answer. I took off work, and made myself available to meet all of their interview requirement. The least I could have received is a confirmation that I did not meet their criteria. I find it very unprofessional on the firm's part.
