Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Received a contingent offer, sent for the typical drug and alcohol test. After results were compiled, formal offer was given and accepted then was called and given a start date.

Interview
Had a phone interview first, then a one on one. Afterwards I had a panel interview with employees currently in the rolling mill. Everyone was polite and thoroughly explained the process. Afterwards, I was able to take a tour of the mill and see first hand what the job was all about and how hot it would be.
