Gerbes interview questions

Applied online. Took a few week. I did an open interview. Was short and sweet. Job offer a week later. Had the ability to ask questions, HR texted me and was very kind answering my questions I didn't get the chance to ask in the interview.

First have a phone screen, which asks you a couple behavioral questions, then have group interview/orientation, learn about the company, take drug test, and list availability. Also requested which department you wished to work in.
