The interview was phenomenal — easily one of the best I’ve had. It was a panel of three, split into two parts. Honestly, it felt more like a genuine conversation than a formal interview. The vibe was comfortable, engaging, and far from that stiff, question-answer routine most companies stick to. Their energy was contagious — you could tell they really enjoy what they do.
They asked solid questions about my background while also breaking down the company’s growth, products, culture, expectations, metrics, coaching, and pay structure. I realized when it was over that I didn’t have to ask much — they covered everything. That level of transparency says a lot.
I truly appreciate how organized their hiring process is, but more than that, I appreciated how I felt walking away. They’re clearly people-first, and you won’t regret interviewing with such an authentic, well-rounded team.
