I applied online, filled out a quick role-related questionnaire, followed by a phone screen, more detailed questionnaire, and in-person interview. In-person interview was with two senior managers, but I am not sure if they were seriously interested in my candidacy, or I was there just to fill the quota.

The telephone interview was very well done - friendly and provided lots of info about this company. Phone interview lasted about 45 minutes. The in-person interview was very professional. Only interviewed for in-person for about 20 minutes. All staff that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful.
