Interview
Received an initial phone screening about 1 1/2 week after applying online. Four days after that I got a call for a face to face interview. Interviewed with four different people and asked a lot of behavioral based questions. The company is really big on Market Based Management so I suggest you read up on that. Overall the interview process was not bad..... intense but not bad.... I have not heard anything yet but was told that I would here something within a week of my interview... keeping my fingers crossed!

Interview
It was a very dehumanizing interview process. I applied on April 14, 3 days later I was sent a link to a website where I could record myself answering questions. The following day, a human contacted me to inform me that they had sent me a link to a website where I could record myself for the interview. The link expires in 7 days. April 30, I received my rejection e-mail. Never spoke to a single human.

Interview
Telephone Interview is the first step. The interviewer described the local situation and the position. She described that there were growth opportunities. She asked if I had questions before she started asking me questions. YOu do not get an offer during the phone interview process.
