Interview
I took a brief online test, and after completing and passing it, I was invited to take a long test at the plant. After successfully completing the second test I was invited back for an interview with a panel of 5 supervisors. A week later I was offered the job and invited for a tour and to sign paperwork.

Interview
The interview was simple and easy. I waited in a lobby 10 minutes ahead of my interview and It took like 30 minutes. It was three managers and they were all nice and asked sensible questions.
