After submitting a resume, I was contacted by the organization's leader via phone and had two subsequent in person interviews. The first included a writing test and the second centered on a mock assignment. Leadership from the national parent organization dialed in for the second interview. The leadership and staff seemed competent, hard-working and dedicated to the organization's mission, despite a difficult political environment in Atlanta.
