I got a phone interview and was scheduled an on-site interview two days later. The whole on-site interview just took around 5 minutes. Instead of asking me the technical questions related to the position, he only asked me few personal background questions in a very unprofessional way. He didn't introduce the position nor the company. Waste of time!
