A series of remote interviews, 1 with the manager and 3 with different developers on the team. During technical interviews, there was no whiteboarding or code being written. The overall company and teams seem great, and the developers seemed rather well skilled, but the general impression from the company was that there was a lot of developer without a history in the game industry. Not particular a positive or negative thing, but interesting to note given the projects currently undertaken. At the end, when an offer was given, they were unusually inflexible with the details, and absolutely refused any attempts at negotiation. The recruiting company representing Genvid started to get unusually pushy.
