Applied and HR organized a meeting between 2 other team members via web. It turns out HR didn't really screen my resume because the people interviewing me said to my face "I am not sure how HR screened your application, but you are not even close to what we are looking for." It wasn't my fault but somehow I felt so embarrassed.
