Interview
I interviewed with 2 studio directors, apparently the first one didn't success, but I passed the second round. I presented an office tower I worked on to the Studio director in very detail and apparently he liked it, and then I talked to another 2 senior designers. I had a separate interview with the Design Director in the same day.

The interview went smoothly overall, but the interviewer took long pauses before asking each question. Those pauses created several awkward moments of silence, making the conversation feel slower and less natural.
