I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler (Houston, TX)
Interview
Didn't actually get to speak directly to the interviewer. Strange concept, but I went with it. The liaison between us set up the meeting. Very informal. I sat down and basically just had to start speaking. The second interview is a lunch meeting and it also was very informal. There was no structure to it at all.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked personal questions that I did not expect.
Was very well-organized and quick. They will ask about your RFP and design experience. Make sure to talk about your project management experience and you should be in a good spot. Might be worth showing them your overall design portfolio too.

Question 1
How do you deal with leadership? Can you describe a project you're proud of?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Gensler in May 2022
Interview
The Interview process occurred over a span of about two months (from start to acceptance). I spoke with the hiring coordinator and 4 people in the departments I work closely with. Interviews were focused around relevant experience and strategic thinking. Everyone was very friendly, smart, respectful and open to me as an individual, which was part of my decision-making process in choosing to work for Gensler.
