Phone interview or about 30 mins, my available starting dates, and a couple of questions about my personal experiences. The interview phenomena is quit relaxing and I get the offer in a week after the interview.

Interview
The interview went smoothly overall, but the interviewer took long pauses before asking each question. Those pauses created several awkward moments of silence, making the conversation feel slower and less natural.
introduce portfolio and ask questions about your work. Do you have any onsite experience. What would you like to learnt from us. The questions are general ones for an interview.
I had 1 interview with the design director and design manager. It was straightforward and they asked about my skills and experience. It did not seem as hard as I thought it would be.
