Applied on line and received invitation to interview via email about a month after I submitted my application. First interview went great. Interviewed with the Studio Manager and Managing Directer. Was invited to come in for a second inter view, again via email, with the Office Coordinator and the other Managing Directer. I thought it was a good interview and was told I would hear something in a week. After about two weeks I reached out to inquire about the position. I was told that the office move had been delayed and hiring for the position had been placed on hold, but they would be in touch soon. Well, that was well over a month ago and they have since moved locations. I also noticed that the position had been posted again. I'm OK if I was not the best person for the position, but be professional and send a "thank you, but" letter. Don't leave people hanging or out right lie to them, does not show well for you has a company or studio. For such a large organization with a good reputations in the field, the Tampa office was very unprofessional.

My Interview was Simple and straightforward. They asked a lot of standard questions so come prepared. I did an HR screening first before meeting other coordinators virtually and then I met with the studio leaders.
