Go thru temp services. Then group interview. Watched safety videos. Nice atmosphere. Plant walk thru. It was very hot. 12 hours a day. With breaks every 2 hours. Big in safety. They will make sure no one gets hurt.

Mostly behavioral , do you have a high school diploma? GED. Your education. Can you lift more than 20 pounds. Can you squat, bend turn.

the interview is quick and easy which they don't hire within the plant you have to go to an agent and do your resume with them and they send you out . Back in 1993 you came to the plant.
