Genpact Manager - Data Science interview questions

Two rounds of technical interview followed by HR Round. Major questions were on the current projects and the managerial skills within the teams. There were enquiries on different data science fields.

Standard interview process for any consulting role. Overall the experience was negative. HR is very unprofessional and it seemed like there was a lack of communication within the HR team. They called me multiple times asking the same questions multiple times. I was told initially that I will have 3 rounds of interviews but they kept on adding interviews and in total, I gave 6 interviews. It was not that they were not able to decide my candidacy but they were trying to get me interviews with their clients. The hiring process execution was as bad as any of those consultancies. I had multiple offers and I was trying to hold off on deciding my next job for getting the final word with Genpact but they kept on adding interview after interview. When they finally offered me the job I had already made my decision.
