Technical interview and partner's round. After the application, there was a phone screening and a time is set for the interview. There was a written test, results of which came almost immediately.

one to one interview, with detailed empahasis on past work experience. Relevence to their internal works and know how of work cultures. Empashis was on internal controls. First round was HR interview ound, where they asked about the knowledge of company. then second round was manager's round where they enquired on inherent skills. final was partner round where i was grilled for one basic question. why should they hire me.
