The interviewer was the manager for the process I was being hired for. Fair Enough.It started with my understanding about the process i.e Record to Report. Then the manager quickly jumped into asking me few questions on journal entries and what adjustments in the accounts of the entity during the month end etc. Lastly questions on reconciliations was asked.Experience of working on different accounting software was also asked.
4 around of The interview including hr offer discussion and first round also is taken by hr and technical is the second round there is total 3 round of hr

Overall good experience. Had 3 rounds of interview lined up with - Manager, Senior Manager and HR. The interview lasted for 15 - 20 mins max. The last round with HR was a bit tough.
