I applied online. I interviewed at Genpact (Garland, TX) in Jul 2017
Interview
Fairly simple process. More of a panel "conversation" than an interview. I had a lot of fun speaking and sharing information with the interviewers and the other potential candidates. I wish more companies would take this approach with the interview process.
Very detailed and informative process that has hands on practice. You must be able to handle watching the content throughouly and with an unbiased attitude in order to assess any media content properly while identifying if its compliant with that platforma rules and regulations. If you pass that test, Then its a regular process in regards to your average questions and such.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Genpact (Richardson, TX) in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview was actually pretty straightforward and surprisingly personal given that it felt more like a hiring event. We each paired up with someone for a 5-10min 1:1 interview in a cubicle. I answered a few brief questions about my skills but mostly talked about my personality and workplace preferences, how I'd perform on this job etc.
