Interview
First call was with 3rd party recruiter who must have found resume on a job board. Second call was a screening call with Genpact HR. Third interview was over the phone with a VP. Final interview consisted of group panel (in-person) with one 2 VPs and 1 SVP.

Asked to highlight expertise in terms of industry-specific trends and operations know-how. Behavioral questions as well pertaining to assess ability to tackle rejection, issues, etc. Lastly some questions to understand cultural fit and interests outside of work (to determine well-rounded personality).

Fair and competitive process of hiring. Good set of leaders who showcase the culture of the organization. Respectful and provide complete clarity of role and expectations. Questions are intellectual and should be answered with intent

Describing a difficult situation with a customer and how i managed that
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Genpact in Oct 2021
Interview
There were four rounds (recruiter, hiring manager, peers, VP) - all virtual and about 10 days - two weeks apart. The interviewers were all located in different countries.
Didn't hear back from the recruiter within the stated two weeks after final interview.
After inquiring with the recruiter, I I was advised that they went with another candidate (there were a total of three finalists).
To my surprise, the vacancy was reposted within 30 days of apparently rejecting all three finalists - so the recruiter lied about another candidate being selected.
The company seems rather disjointed and unable to make good decisions. This might explain why the incumbent resigned.
2 operational round of Interview followed by HR round for describing the role and last round is salary negotiations
