Process was long and drawn out, and communication was haphazard at times and rushed at other times. Didn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason for the cadence or timing. Company definitely has some interesting science going on, however their management seems to lack a cohesive vision other than “do things”. Initial process was screening by HR, followed by internet conference with hiring manager. After that several internet conferences with team members, all of which were re-scheduled and often with little to no notice. Overall, the lack of organization and a central vision for product development was off-putting. Ghosted on last interview, which was off-putting. They re-scheduled, but by then I moved on. After eight weeks of this, it was just too much.
