I applied online via Indeed, was swiftly invited for an interview. The interviewer was really nice and personable - assuring me I had done well and she'd be in touch the following week. It's now been two weeks and not so much as a courtesy text or email to inform me of the outcome. I always say I don't mind being told I was not selected, but I do mind investing my time into a hiring process to be ignored in the end as though myself or my time mean nothing when it was the company who chose to select me to interview in the first place. It's quite rude and a poor reflection on the company's culture. Hopefully employees are not ignored/undervalued within this organisation as I was within the hiring process.
